Notice of 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with the Constitution, NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services Association of WA (Inc) will be conducted on Sunday the 8th of September at the Crown Perth Centre commencing at 10:00am.
Brigades who wish to put forward a “Notice of Motion” are advised to do so by noon on Wednesday the 21st August 2024. These requests may be submitted in writing to PO Box 164, Guildford WA 6055 or via email to Executive Officer Tim Sonsee via email address executive@vfrs.asn.au. Notices of Motion will be circulated with the Agenda and draft no later than Friday the 30th August 2024. Online attendance will be an option for Brigades.

Important Dates:

Notice of Motion: Please submit any notices of motion by noon on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.

Attendance: Please advise the Association of your brigade's attendance by Friday, 30 August 2024.

Proxy Forms: Proxy forms must be received by the Association by 10am on Saturday, 7 September 2024.

Dress standard is smart casual for attendees​. If you are unsure where the Studio Room is located, please head to the Box Office, travel up the escalators and follow the signage to the Studio Room.
