VFRS State Junior
Firefighting Competition Results

The State Junior Championships take place each year on the last weekend of November. They are run on the same track as the Senior Competition. Junior Brigades from around the state converge on Gilbert Fraser Reserve for a weekend of competition, teamwork and fun.

2024 State Junior Championships

The 47th State Junior Championships are slated to take place on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November at Gilbert Fraser Reserve in North Fremantle.

2023 State Junior Championships

The 46th State Junior Championships took place at Gilbert Fraser Reserve in North Fremantle.

Boys and girls aged between 11 and 16 years, from all over Western Australia came together to compete for Junior Firefighter of the Year and Brigade of the Year on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November 2023.

2022 State Junior Championships

The 45th State Junior Championships took place at Gilbert Fraser Reserve in North Fremantle.

Boys and girls aged between 11 and 16 years, from all over Western Australia came together to compete for Junior Firefighter of the Year and Brigade of the Year on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27th November 2022.
